We always mention about institutionalization and doing this with the technology. Changing market conditions and competition rules, forces the organizations to focus on efficiency and profitability, in paralel to keep necessarily the operation expenses and investmens in a minimum state.

We can say that, an organization that is in the path of instutitionalization spends 20 percent of their operation expenses belong to the technology investments. In the growing period, this portion will increase slowly.
