Synchronization
In our business life, for our requirements the usage of the technology is so much that we need to use till the end of it in every stage. We prefer to delegate to someone about some tasks such as implementation of the business plans, the projects and the daily tasks, instead of doing ourselves. In other words, that’s what we called “Using Outsourcing”. These decisions are taken because of either because of the outcomes of cost & benefit analysis or the habits which gained after some time. Generally speaking, we start to use technology for speed, for efficiency, for easy and right results for the things that we did and we will do; unfortunately we don’t usually come to a point where we are expecting a right finish.
It is necessary not to forget that, outsourcing brings some disadvantages while it creates advantages. These disadvantages are very dependent to the subject of the required service. Outsourcing causes to increase in dependency while it brings cost, process problems, different legal aspects in some places. It is useful to do wide analyses in order to select the right outsourcing subject for balanced usage. Especially for your core business, without using outsourcing option, you should do the tasks by your capabilities and your staff. Setting up a good strategy, will provide right steps for the future.
Internet usage, mobile applications and technological infrastructures are developing with an unsyncrhonized speeds. They are providing different benefits to our lives and create dependency. On the other hand, unscynchronization of the developments creates black holes, in order to get away from these black holes we should complete everything with ourselves. In the countries where the development and technology strategies are very well planned, the benefits of technology implementations for the business life are in the first priority. This type of plans and applications are providing high benefits to the countries’ development and it is observed that the people in these countries who are using these technologies are also developing rapidly.
It should be understood that if the activities of foreign investors, enterpreneurs, capital owners in that country, are speedy, easy and efficient, then that country also develops rapidly. It provides an unbelievable increase in efficieny, if the regulations and applications serve from a single point, if we do not always prove ourselves in every application to government bodies and to institutional places, if a trust environment created and if the control & audit mechanisms works perfectly. Otherwise, we can stuck into the problems, while we can progress rapidly where we use high technology.
We will continue to use the technological and mobile applications in order to gain more benefits, but we will also continue to search for a better one in every opportunity. It is impossible to wait for a synchronization of this type of applications with processes; but it is possible to reach a desired state with the regulations and plans mentioned above.
