Ropes of Profitable Growth for SMEs
It has been observed that the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are passing through the cost sensitive processes on the duration of establishment and after.
Indispensable need for a company that established for the profit purpose, is to reach, to create and manage the sales opportunities, from the beginning.
It is mandatory to increase the sales, to drop the costs and to increase the efficiency in order to reach to this purpose. Finalization success depends on the human and financial resources together with infrastructure investments.
We are facing with “time” subject as the most important factor and many of them are trying to get too much success in the short times, when we have a look to the life cycle of the companies.
Therefore, it is necessary, to build platforms for sales opportunities, and to communicate with social networks in order to give enough information. It is possible to realize this with traditional sales models, but it is probable to lose time with the traditional model especially in this high competition environment. That’s why, by using technology it is necessary to take not only a local but also a global position and define the strtegies according to this result.
On the other hand, from the first day, the studies about cost downsizing, will cause a barrier to build the infrastructure and will limit the fast development of the company. With the facilities of technology, depending on the increase on demand as a free service in the beginning and then with minimum payment services by supporting the growth of the operation for building the infrastructure, will result a very low investment expenses than expected.
Especially, when SMEs get corporate needs, they lose time and money. This starts with the establishment of their company base, continues with samples contracts for their operations, stationary procurement, business card printing, corporate identity design, campaigning and with daily services organizations.
At the moment, technology solutions on internet for SMEs are so scattered and so inefficient that they are useless and the image of this internet solutions decreasing on the eyes of SMEs.
It is crucial to call more efficient and innovative approaches.
